1. Where are you located?

Brebow Cookies is located in Lakeville, MN. We do not have a physical store yet. However, you can place your order through our online store for delivery or pickup. For pickups, we are located in the Lakeville area, and we will provide the specific day, time, and location once your order is confirmed.

2. Do you ship to the entire USA?

At this time, we do not offer shipping service.

3. Do you make local deliveries?

Yes. Please check the “Delivery Zone Schedule” for more details.

4. Why can't I order just one cookie?

Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. Producing our handcrafted products requires significant investment and time, so this policy helps us maximize efficiency and ensure we have the necessary resources to fulfill orders.

We also offer a variety of brownie flavors, which are baked fresh as soon as you place your order. Our cookies are also baked to order, so whether you pick them up or have them delivered, everything will be freshly made.

One of our mottos is: "Pickup Day is Baking Day, Delivery Day is Baking Day."

5. Why are some flavors of cookies or brownies sometimes unavailable?

Our production is done daily, and we do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality, and taste of our products.

At Brebow Cookies, we have several cookie flavors, and every month, depending on availability, we rotate and change them. This means you can discover new flavors monthly, while some popular ones remain on the menu.

6. Events, Bazaars, and Pop-Up Shops

We love connecting with our customers! That’s why we attend select events in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and other cities around Minnesota. Stay tuned to our social media for updates on dates and locations where you can find us.

1. How do I place my order? 

• Select all of your products (minimum order of 4 cookies).
• Proceed to checkout.
• Enter your billing information.
• Add a handwritten card (optional - don't forget to include your note).
• Select Store Pickup, NOT Local Delivery.
• Enter your card information.
• Place your order.

2. What are your pick-up days and hours? 

Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Saturday – Sunday | Closed

3. Where is the pick-up location?

Lakeville, MN.

4. How far in advance do I need to place my order? 

All orders must be placed at least two hours in advance of the pickup time. 

5. Is Brebow Cookies production kitchen open to the public for walk-ins?

NO PUBLIC ACCESS. We will bring your order directly to your car.

6. What happens if I can't pick up at the scheduled time and day?

If you are unable to pick up your order, please email us at brebowcookies@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to find a more convenient date and time for both parties.

7. Can I return or get a refund on my order after it is placed?

All orders are final after they are submitted. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. When do I need to place my order for delivery?

All orders must be placed by Sunday night at 11:59 PM for delivery the following week. NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the week after.

4. What if I need my product delivered on a different day? 

We may or may not be able to fulfill this request. If we’re able to accommodate, an additional delivery charge will apply.

5. When will my product be delivered? 

We build our delivery schedule based on all incoming orders and cannot guarantee a specific time. Delivery times may also vary due to weather and road conditions.

6. What happens if I'm not home during the delivery? 

Your #Brebow Cookies order will be hung on your door handle. To protect your order during warmer months, you may leave a cooler outside your door for us to place the brownies in.

7. Can I return or get a refund on my order after it is placed?

All orders are final once submitted. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order has been placed.

8. Who is responsible for the order once it is delivered?

• Orders left outside for extended periods.
• Orders that are stolen.
• Orders delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect address was provided in the order notes.

If your address is difficult to locate or directs to the wrong location in GPS apps, please include a pin or GPS coordinates in the order notes.

1. I have specific allergies. How do I know if your products are safe for me to eat?

At Brebow Cookies, we do our best to avoid cross-contamination. However, please note that all our equipment and utensils are shared to bake our variety of products. In our production area, we process wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy, so we are not an allergen-free environment.

2. Do you make vegan or gluten-free products?

We do not offer vegan or gluten-free products at this time.

3. What are the ingredients in your cookies and brownies?

All our products are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients and contain no preservatives.

Our cookies and brownies may include some or all of the following ingredients (listed in no specific order):

Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.

4. How can I preserve your cookies and brownies?

Our cookies can be kept in their original, well-sealed packaging for up to 1 week. To enjoy them warm with a soft center, heat them in the microwave for 10 seconds or in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5–8 minutes for the best results.

For longer storage, freeze them in their sealed packaging and an airtight container for up to 2 months. When ready to eat, reheat them straight from the freezer in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes.
