FAQ's - Orders
1. Where are you located?
Brebow Cookies is located in Lakeville, Mn. We do not have a physical store yet. In our online store you can place your order for delivery or pick up. For pick up, we are located in the Lakeville area and will provide the specific day, time, and location once your order is confirmed.
2. Do you make shipping to all USA?
At this time we do not offer shipping service.
3. Do you make local deliveries?
Yes. Please, check the “Delivery Zone Schedule”
4. Why can't I order just one cookie?
Our minimum cookie order is 4 units. The elaboration of our products requires a significant investment and time, this way we maximize the efficiency in our business and guarantee the necessary resources for our orders.
We also have a great variety of flavors in our Brownies which are baked as soon as you place your order on our website. Our cookies are also baked at the time of your order, so when you pick them up everything is practically freshly baked.
One of our mottos is Pickup Day is Baking Day/Delivery Day is Baking Day.
5. Why are there sometimes some flavors of cookies/brownies and not others?
Our production is done on a daily basis. We do most of the work by hand to ensure the freshness, quality and taste of our products.
In Brebow Cookies, we have several flavors of cookies, and every month, according to availability, we rotate and change them. This means each month you can enjoy some new flavors while others remain on the menu.
The menu changes on the first day of every month.
6. Events, Bazaars and PopUp Shops
We love to connect with our customers, which is why we attend select events in Minneapolis and other cities around the country. Stay tuned to our social media to find out when and where we’ll be!
FAQ's - Curbside Pick-up
1. How do I place my order?
- Select all of your product: cookies (4 minimum).
- Checkout.
- Put in billing information.
- Add a handwritten card (If necessary. Don’t forget the note).
- Put date + time in “Please indicate what date + time you’d like to pick-up your order.”
- Select Store Pick-up.
- Put in your card information.
- Place your order.
2. What are your pick-up days + hours?
Monday & Friday | 5 PM to 6 PM
Tuesday – Thursday | No pick-up (Delivery only according to scheduled zones)
Saturday – Sunday | Closed
3. Pick-up location?
Lakeville.
4. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
All same-day pick-up orders should be placed before 1 PM and picked up between 5 PM and 6 PM.
5. Is Brebow Cookies production kitchen open to the public to walk in and pick-up cookies/brownies?
THERE IS NO PUBLIC ACCESS. We will bring your order out to you in your car.
6. What happens if I can't pick up at the time and day you set?
You can write us at brebowcookies@gmail.com and we will be glad to find the most convenient day and time for both of us.
7. Am I able to return or get a refund on my order after it is placed?
All orders are final after submitting them. We do not refund or cancel orders after they have been placed.

FAQ's - Delivery
1. How do I place my order?
- Select all of your products.
- Checkout.

- Select Local delivery, NOT Store Pick-up.

2. When do I need to place my order by for delivery by?
All orders are due by Sunday night at 11:59 PM for delivery the following week, NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders placed after that will be delivered the following week.
3. Where can I find the DELIVERY ZONE SCHEDULE?

4. What if I need my product delivered on a different day?
We may or may not be able to fulfill this request, If we’re able to, an increased delivery charge will apply.
5. When will my product be delivered by?
We build our delivery schedule based off of all the orders that come in and cannot guarantee a specific time, especially when weather and road conditions are involved.
6. If I’m not home, what do we do about this?
Your #Brebow Cookies will put your on your door handle. If you want, this will help in the warmer months, place a cooler outside your door that we can place your brownies in.
7. Am I able to return or get a refund on my order after it is placed?
All orders are final after submitting them. We do not refund or cancel orders after they have been placed.
8. Whose responsible?
After an order is dropped off, BREBOW COOKIES is not responsible for any orders that are left outside for extended periods of time, stolen and orders that are delivered to the wrong address (If we are given the wrong address on the order notes). If your address is being goofy and when put in a GPS app brings you to a different location, please drop a pin and in the order notes put the correct pin or coordinates.

FAQ's - Allergies & Storage
1. I have specific allergies, how do I know if your products are safe for me to eat?
At Brebow Cookies we do our best to avoid cross contamination, however, we share all our equipment and utensils to bake our variety of products.
Please note that in our production area we process wheat, nuts, eggs and dairy, so we are not an allergen free environment.
2. Do you make vegan or gluten free products?
We do not offer this type of product at this time.
3. What are the ingredients of your cookies/brownies?
All our products are made with high quality ingredients, without preservatives and fresh.
In our products you can find some or all of the following ingredients.
They are listed below in no specific order:
Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.
4. How can I preserve your cookies/brownies?
Our cookies can be kept in the same well-sealed package for up to 1 week. To consume them warm and with that soft consistency in the center, you can give them a touch of heat in the microwave, outside the package, for 10 seconds, although we highly recommend doing this in a preheated oven at 350F-180C for 5-8 minutes.
If you wish to store them for later consumption, we recommend freezing them in the same package well sealed and additionally in an airtight container for up to 2 months. To consume them warm and soft, take them frozen to a preheated oven at 350F-180C (out of the package) for 8-10 minutes or until the heat has reached the center of the cookie.
